If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cozyfragrances.com purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on invoiced, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise as well as unopened, unused merchandise. Received within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges made within 30 days will be charged the original selling price (minus any points received) to your original payment method unless the item has been credited first. If the original method of payment was a gift card or the returned item was received as a gift, the method of refund will be the method of refund for that item.
